The Food Corporation of India (FCI) has released the FCI Company Secretary Recruitment 2026 Notification for the engagement of Company Secretary (CS) cum Compliance Officer on a full-time contractual basis. This recruitment offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Company Secretaries seeking a high-paying government job in a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE). The selected candidate will be posted at the FCI Headquarters, New Delhi, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, corporate governance norms, statutory requirements, regulatory filings, board and committee support, and liaison with stock exchanges and regulatory authorities.

As per the official notification, one vacancy has been announced for this post. Candidates must be graduates and members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a Government organization, PSU, Commercial Bank, Financial Institution, or other reputed corporate entity. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in Government departments or Public Sector Undertakings.

The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹1,50,000. The initial contract period will be two years, which may be extended by one additional year based on the requirements of the Corporation and satisfactory performance.
